PROBLEM:
The problem was, to find a way to showcase the profiles of the trending creators & users with enough information.
SOLUTION:
The idea of cards which show you the last 3 recent posts was implemented. You can view information such as profile picture, user name and follower number. Afterwards you can directly decide wether to follow this user over the '+' button or not.
